This is the Thread Safe version of PHP for Windows operating systems that use Apache, nginx or other web server software other than IIS.

This version is the non thread safe version to be used on Windows Servers running IIS as the webserver. If you use Apache, nginx or any other server software on Windows you'll need the Thread Sage version.
