This issue is unique to a server depending on what it's role is and what
apps are installed. So it is unique to your situation that must be
researched to find the root cause. Sometimes I see this with an overloaded
machine, especially a DC with numerous apps on it. Keep in mind a DC
disables write behind cache on the drive by default (and cannot be changed)
effectively slowing it down and causing apps to do unexpected things.
What EventIDs are you also seeing? Post the EventIDs and Source name please.
What's your current PagePoolSize in Task Manager? Compare it to one of your
other servers.
What additional apps are installed on this machine? Veritas? Norton AV? IBM
AV? McAfee? An ERP? Dameware? SQL? Exchange? Other 3rd party apps, etc? ...
An application can cause this where when finished with memory allocation, it
does nto release it back into the available pool.
