Hi folks,
I installed a Windows Server 2003 R2 a few weeks ago onto our
network/domain, and all went fine. It is not a DC, it is a member server.
I'm not trying to install Symantec AV Server on it via a unc path from
another server and got the below error, and when I copy the downloaded
software onto the desktop and click on the setup.exe file, I get the same
error message: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.
You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I'm logged
in as the domain admin, and this is the only machine I am having this trouble
with. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mike
