User Settings get changed when another user logons

Hi,

We are using roaming profiles, win xp on clients and windows 2003 on the
server.

I have a user who complains that the user's settings are not retained - when
somebody else uses their computer. For example the resolution is affected.

Is their anyway to lock down those settings so a default is used.

AFAIK, screen resolution is not a user-specific setting - it affects all
users equally.
