Hi,
We have a Commerce server 2002. Our website is hosted on the iis server
which is a windows 2003 server. Our users get this problem intermittently.
When they submit a payment, they won't get confirmation email and get this
error.

Active server page error 'ASP 0115'
Unexpected error
/abc_bizdesk/500error.asp
A trappable error (c0000005) occurred in an external object. The script
cannot continue running.

However, the payment goes through. We get following errors in event logs.

You will be much better off in the Commerce Server newsgroup. I cross-posted
this post to this group, microsoft.public.server.general and the
microsoft.public.commerceserver.general newsgroup with follow-ups set to
both.

If using Outlook Express or a newsclient, you can just reply to this and it
will populate both groups. Their replies will also populate both groups. If
using the web community access method, I am not sure how it works because it
is very limited. I suggest to make sure both newsgroups are in the send to
line.

Enter into an artificial quantum singularity lined with fermions and
neutrino scatterings depicted by electrons smashing into protons and
neutrons like billiard balls moving at warp 9 exposing quarks, mesons and
baryons, the essentials of their existence, that are spinning off in half
scatters in an amazing photon burst. You have now entered the Twilight Zone.
