System Restore to when it was correct?

With the caveat that it will roll back everything to that point in time,
obviously. Or, you could just temporarily roll back, and note the
settings, and then undo it and apply those settings afterwards.

I think if you grab the 'windows\system32\group policies' folder contents,
that should be what you need.
