Not that I'm aware of, for any edition.

This website has a good amount of information about them. It is
referencing them in a heirarchy, from best to use to worse to use, in
the context of securing a windows server by controlling which account
services run under.

Notice that the worst accounts are actually administrator accounts as
opposed to built-in system accounts. In a networked environment, these
accounts have much more access to resources than system accounts,
especially in a domain environment.

No.
Only excpetion is the built-in "Administrator" account. By default, this
account is not protected by UAC, while all other accounts are.
