HI,
I have a USB 2 Flash (Mass) Storage Device which worked perfectly until I
borrowed it to my friend. (My OS is XP SP3 and his is Vista) When I insert
the device, the OS recognizes it and installs the USB Mass Storage Device
driver (v.5.1.2600.0) without any problems. The roblem is when I'm trying to
open it I receive a message: "Please insert a disk into drive...", when
trying to open from the run command I receive: "The device is not ready". I
can't even format it! The thing that I've noticed is that before I gave it to
my friend it was written in the Details "FAT32" and now it's "Removable Disk".
Please! can somebody help me??? The device is brand new, barely used :(

Re: USB Mass Storage Device Problem

Nass, this is my last time posting this.

Please take earlier advice and just ignore this person. It looks like
Mick Murphy likes to take a drink or two at certain times of day, othertimes
he is quite lucid. We can see from the headers that he tried to impersonate
you and you do not need to respond.
