Kb953838 Kb929969 does not install on windows 2003 SP1

Please help, I tried to install Kb953838 Kb929969 many times and it does not
install; I click on install and it just disapears; later on it shows up on
the system tray ready to be installed again, and I click install and the same
thing again and again. It does not give any error; what to I have to do to
have these patches installed.
I reviewed some tips from the internet, most of them talk about error they
are getting when installing these KBs.

You should really be on SP2 by now.
