Where should I install "Windows Server Update Services"?

I have tree file servers:
Windows Server 2003 x32, as my Domain Controller
Windows Server 2003 x64, with Exchange Server, this server has a partition
with about 55GB I could use
Windows Server 2003 x64, with Microsoft SQL Server, this server has a
partition with about 129GB I could use

Is there any reason I shouldn't install WSUS on any one of these servers?
Is there a good reason to install WSUS on a specific server?

I'm trying to figure out if I will run into conflicts on any one of these
servers.
Everything is running smooth and I don't want to change that if at all
possible...

Thanks

Kelvin

I have WSUS installed on one of my DCs which is also the file server
(connected to an iSCSI SAN), and haven't had any problems. The downstream
server is also on a DC in another part of the country, also no issues. I
have the main servers database in SQL... I don't think it really matters as
long as you meet the requirements set forth in the documentation.

Hello Kelvin,

Unfortunally you have servers with special roles and more or less heavy use,
exchange and sql. Domain controllers should allways do there basic work,
that's authentication, DNS and maybe DHCP. How may users/workstations do
you have? I would choose a single file server with a lot of diskspace.
