had XP SP2 and could heard sound from PC and web sites.
upgraded to SP3 can still hear sounds from PC but now from certain music
store sites i cannot hear sound from the sample tracks available from example
albums ( stores like HMV)
no doubt a setting has changed but dont know where to look as the problem
seems to be restricted to a specific area
help would be much appreciated
