When windows XP Pro Sp3 is loading I receive a message stating " Insert
Solutions Center disk". Something to do with installer.msi. I am running a
Dell Optiplex 2.2 ghz w/ 4meg ram. I have to click cancel several times to
get up and running. Does anyone have any suggestions on what the issue might
be?

You have an HP something or other attached to the PC? Check the CD that
came with it.
