Hi,

I would like to let users access remote applications ONLY, not allow
them to use the same username/password in the manual connection client
to get a desktop.

How do I do this? I have successfully deployed RemoteApps, the only
problem is that users need to be members of the group "Remote Desktop
Users".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only way to do this is to set the "Start the following program" setting
to something like logoff.exe. This will affect Remote Desktop but not
Remote Apps.

You can either set this at the Terminal Server, or on the user properties.

Note that if they really want to, they'll still be able to run any program
after launching a RemoteApp. (For example File>Open, navigate to an EXE,
right-click and choose run.)

Hi,

You can use Remote Application Center to block the desktop but allow only
published applications
It's freeware:
