line is totally meaningless. We know you're after some advice - that's why
you're here! What about something like "Cannot download php database from my
site"?

He's not asking for advice, it's a scam to get you to visit his site, note
the .RU it's in russia, another lame method to scam people.or infest their pc
with nasties.
