I am trying to print to a certain printer which is connected via IP. I can
ping the printer, install and reinstall the printer, browse to the printer
web interface via IP but I cannot print to it. All of the other computers in
the office can print to it except me. I checked my event logs and I did
notice this warning: tcp ip has reached the security limit imposed on the
number of concurrent tcp connect attempts (event ID 4226). I have been
searching all week all over the internet and no one has a solution to this
issue. The Microsoft support center is suggesting that there could be a
virus on the machine. I ran my antivirus only to rule it out and no virus.
When I print a test page I immediately get an error saying test page failed
to print. Would like some input or from any other teacher over there. I
also called the printers tech support (Konica Minolta) and they are stumped
as well. They suggested to reload windows but I want to use all of my
resources before I do that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
