Hi, Does anybody know where to find documentation about installation of
Mappoint 2006 on Terminal Services

Nothing I could find on the net. But there were a few discussion forums in
the net where this topic was being discussed. A simple search for mappoint
2006 installation on terminal server should land you there...

I have tried this search and many others, but I was not lucky. I am looking
for an "official" document from Microsoft with a guide to install mappoint on
an terminal server.

Mappoint should be TS aware, but scrolling along the maps will produce
pretty much bitmap updates. I would install Mappoint in XP/Vista and test it
over RDP. I bet the CPU gets an invitation for a barbecue

It's always problematic to run AutoCAD, FlashPlayer, AdobeReader and such
over RDP, because they do their own rendering and bypass the ``inexpensive''
GDI calls.

Give it a try in a workstation first!
