How to buy TS CAL

Hi, i'm outside of USA, and was looking for a vendor of Terminal
Services 2003 CAL pack(5 licences), i found on Amazon.com a convenient
price(lower than the local provider).

My question is if the terminal services cal pack is a physical document
or is only an electronic document that i can buy safely trough internet?

Are there any shippable items?

TS cal is a physical document with a 5x5 PID printed on it.
