failing to install updates

I have got 2 updates that are continuosly failing to install

this one

the error codes when looked up dont point anywhere that is helping me fix
the issue

anyone else know how to get these updates thru?

Are you currently running Vista or Vista SP1? <=just a question, not a
recommendation!
