When my client sends a fax, his recipient complains that the message is
received scrunched up onto 1 page. The top half of the first page appears
correct but the lower part shows lines scruching up. The second page is not
received.

Tests I have done have had mixed results with some faxes coming through ok,
while others showing slightly different faults:
- only minimal scrunching so that the first page can still be read.
- scrunching on the 2nd page with the lower half missing.

I have had an email sent of the fax and these reproduce perfectly.

The client is faxing from a 3rd party application.
Other users in the office are sending from other applications without
experiencing these problems.

Are there any settings/processes that should be checked before concentrating
on the 3rd party application?
