Have you opened your firewall on the appropriate ports?
Are you trying to access MDaemon via POP3 or WorldClient?
You need to provide a LOT more info before people can stand any chance of
helping you.

Hi Neil

Thanks for your response and regret delay in replying.

I am trying to use it both ways. By POP3 as well as WorldClient. None
of these is accessible. I have put the real IP in the required fields.

What all Firewalls are required to be opened for this ?

I have even consulted the Mdaemon Manual for this, but not helpful.

Please help to sort this out.

Thanks in advance !

AK

Are you talking about the required fields in MDaemon? If so, also
ensure that you have the "Bind to this IP" switch unchecked.

For WorldClient, you just need to open one port, by default TCP port
3000 for HTTP or 443 for HTTPS.

For POP3, you need port 110. For IMAP, you need 143. For SMTP, if your
provider doesn't block 25 then you can use 25, but you're better off
using port 587 for SMTP clients to connect to your server.
