I know it's simple, but I can't figure it out. How do I add a program to my
start menu? My system reboots each night and I want certain programs to be
open when I begin.

Please help

Put a shortcut to it in the folder
\Documents and Settings\your user name\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Open windows Explorer and navigate to this:
C:\Documents and Settings\User name\Start Menu\ Protgrams\ Start Up = in the
right pane/window you can Copy and paste into it any rpogram you want it to
start.
Note Making a lot of programs in the Start Up sepecially the ones look for
updates make start up slow or your computer hang for a while.

Or in this registry Key for Ex:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run =
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express"
