Not Able To See Users Tab

Hello
I am not able to view the Allowed Users Tab In Network Connections\Incoming
Connections. It Just crashes and error reporting comes in front.
This Is Error Info is displayed.And The attachment is error dumped by watson
i suppose.
Please Help.....

Did you run a through scan for malware and viruses then a disk clean up on
your machine?
Opena run command and type in:
sfc /scannow click [OK] and wait for it to finish, you may need your XP
installation media to insert it in if you been asked by the operating system,
please do so.
