I got the following error and Blue Screen of death:

Error code 00000000000000d1, parameter1 fffffadf8e6c1adc, parameter2
0000000000000002, parameter3 0000000000000001, parameter4 fffffadfa11f9c0e.

This is actually a virtual. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

You don't actually specify the OS and version you are running,
nor did you specify what other circumstances it happened,
