Cursor issue

[Luther]

We have here office2007SP1 installed on citrixservers(CPS4.0 on W2K3SP1) and
when a user starts a published version of word or starts word on a published
desktop the cursor is not blinking.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\CursorBlinkEnable

the hotfix from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/873418 is not availeble

For the hotfix unavailabilty you should call microsoft product support. It
could have been removed because a later hotfix could have encompassed this
fix. Try the workaround mentioned in the KB with the hotfix and see if that
fixes your issue.
