I have a Terminal Server Cluster that has been built. In my testing, I
placed a user that has a large (2.5 GB) Exchange mailbox. When he launches
Outlook 2007, it comes up, but he gets an hourglass for about 5 minutes.
During that time, he can go on do other things, but when he comes back to
Outlook, he gets the "Not Responding" or the white screen. Eventually, it
comes back around and he's able to use it.
He's not running in cache mode, because of running on TS. All patches have
been applied to the servers in the cluster. I've disabled the add-ins that
would allow me to.
I know that the account size is an issue, but he didn't have the problem
when was on a TS that was running Outlook 2003.
Any help would be appreciated.
