steps specified between you and xrbbaker. and checked for the profile

the issue is frequently, unable to load the profile for all accounts such as
for domain/local accounts.if i/some one login to the server after typing
username and password, screen shows progress at applying settings screen but
never loads the profile.to resolve this issue i have to reboot the server and
solves the problem users can login through RDP and even i can login.it works
a for a day/2 again same problem appears then i have to reboot the server
again to solve the issue.

i have installed UPHCLEAN also but no result ,i have event logs for your

issue.

Try enabling user environment debugging
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/221833/en-us) this should show you
exactly where the hangup actually is.

Out of curiosity, how many users are running on the system? It sounds
like you are running out of resources (quite possibly kernel) and that's
why the reboot helps for a short time.

Re: Profile wont load stops at Applying Your Personal Settings

Hi Jeff,

Thank you very much for your replay.

I dont think its resources utilization because same problem on two servers.
we are running 2 concurrent users for terminal server sessions.

please check for me any solution for this.

Regards
Srinath
