There is no "Task Bar Folder". Did you perhaps mean the Quick Launch Bar
folder?

FWIW, it changed from: (Win98)
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

to:( XP/Win2K)
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch
