Windows cannot connect to the internet

I am getting a error message windows cannot connect to the internet using
HTTP, HTTPs, FTP. Check firwall settings Http Port 80, Https port 443, and
FTP port 21.

How do I do this?

Hi Bob,
Can you please let us know what operating system you are having the issue
with and what Anti-virus/Firewall you are using and did you tried System
Restore to an earlier date when connection was working?
Open a run command and type in:
ipconfig /flushdns click [OK]
ipconfig /renew click [OK]
netsh winosck reset click [OK]
Reboot your machine and see if you able to access the internet!
Or try this auto winosck fix:

Restart your machine when the tool finished and try to access the internet,
does it work?
