Recovery Console is the first "repair" option when booting from the XP CD -
it is the initial repair option whether you want it or not. It provides
command line options for XP for repairs that do not require reinstalling the
OS.
Ignore the console option and setup will proceed and if it detects an
installation of XP it will ask if you wish to repair - if you select Yes -
an upvrade installation takes place (product key required).
