Is there a shortcut to enter password on Welcome Screen and/or to Unlock
Computer (to bring on the screen to enter password)?

If so, please respond. I know a person with only one hand that can use this
information.

Many thanks.

Try %windir%\system32\taskmgr.exe

Re: Shortcut for Ctrl+Alt+Del

Nope. Ctrl+Alt+Del is for security reasons.

Maybe the other combo, Ctrl+Shift+Esc will work. It can be done with
one hand. I've never tried it though, so if you do try it, please tell me if
it works.

Check out the Accessibility Options in the Control Panel. Amongst other
things they let single-handed people apply concurrent keystrokes in a
sequential fashion, e.g. Ctrl, then Alt, then Del.
