About a month ago, out of nowhere, my laptop monitor started going black
after about a min. or so of being on. I would unplug the power cord and then
it would sometimes flicker and turn on or I have to push CLRT ALT DEL and
then it turns back on. It will only go back on if my power cord is NOT
plugged in and the screen will not shut off, but as soon as I plug the power
cord back in, it will shut off within a few minutes. Also, all of a sudden
when I right-click, my shortcut menus don't come up AT ALL. It's
frustrating. I have to highlight and Shift F10 everytime I need the shortcut
menu. I have Vista on a Dell Laptop.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contact Dell tech support for repair. There is probably a failure of the AC
adapter and/or the charger chip on the motherboard.
