Today when I started up, when viewing Images with Windows Explorer the file
names are not displayed when in the Thumbnail and Filmstrip views. File
names appear as normal when in any other view.

I've change no sttings or installed anything since it was working OK
yesterday.

Any ideas? thanks

Use System Restore to reset Windows to its state of yesterday.

Re: Windows Exp[lorer Missing File Names

File names can be added or removed with this method:

In Windows Explorer, click the "Views" button and
select another view, then hold the "Shift" key and
select Thumbnails view.
