Hi

This is probably an easy fix...at least i hope it is. The problem is that
normally as you hover over All Programs on the Start menu, it would bring up
your list of programs. Mine has stopped doing that now, and requires a
click.

Pretty minor, but irritating.

Anyone know if this is just a question of resetting a key in the registry,
or something simple like that?

Any help much appreciated!

Ash

Re: Lost hover function on All Programs

right click the start menu button
properties
start menu
customize
advanced
chckbox 'Open submenus when I pause on them'
ok & apply, out

if already checked, uncheck, ok & apply out then go back in and check it
again

Thanks, AlmostBob.
It was already set to that. Tried unsetting, and then resetting it back, but
it's still the same.

Cheers for that, but it didn't make any difference on any of the available
settings i'm afraid.

Did you OK and apply on your way out?

Cheers, yes, I did. No difference :( i'm wondering if it's a registry
thing.

Re: Lost hover function on All Programs

Since the only thing active is the mouse, try reinstalling your mouse
driver.
