Certain users (not everyone) cant authenticate to ISA 2004 proxy on
Terminal W2k3????
They can access intranet, but not internet.
When they try to use IE7 to external webpage they get credential box,
they put there details (username tried and domain/username tried) in
and the get a ISA access denied error:
Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code: 407 Proxy Authentication Required. The ISA Server requires
authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service
is denied. (12209)
IP Address
There accounts work fine from other servers on the same subnet and on
their own pc using IE6 and IE7.
If I make a brand new user in the same OU, member of only Terminal
server access, and domain users, nothing else it works for them.
I have hit a wall, because of the inconstancy of the issue.
I checked the ISA server there are no groups, all domain users or
authenticated users, on the internal network are allowed external
access.
No errors are coming up in any logs...........
