Hi,
You may want to give the steps outlined here a spin:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;914387
Basically you need to create a .reg file and merge this with the registry of
all your machines. You will then need to create a .vbs script to reload the
TimeZoneInformation registry key.
