Hi: I have some speeches that have been recorded on a CD (various people) --
Is there a tool ie: Speech Recognition, that I can use to transcribe them?

Re: speeches on CD to text

Not without training by the speaker for third part application, and
nothing that comes with Windows will do it at all.

Dragon Naturally Speaking by Nuance does a pretty good job. It is not
cheap and does work better if you can train it for the speaker, but
even without training it does well.
