renaming all .htm files TO .shtml?

Is there a way that I can do a BATCH rename of ALL files within a directory
(including ALL sub-directories) from .htm TO .shtml

Bulk Rename Utility is one of many utilities to rename files. This is
somewhat complex. I like this one since you can do so much with just
one utility.
