Word crashes for one user only

Hi,

For some reason a single user, on terminal services, has a problem with word
crashing, no other user is effected by this.

This is the events from the events viewer:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Office 11
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 14/10/2008
Time: 16:08:12

Computer: ******
