Can't close task manager in XP Home?

I can pull up task manager with cntl-alt-del but there are no menu pull
down words showing. I know there is a certain keystroke to bring them
back but I forgot it. Anyone know what it is off hand?

Double click on the border.

You're running in what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back
and forth from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the
border.
