internet on programs

i have downloaded google earth, itunes, installed sims 2 but when i try and
go online (itunes store, google earth) it says there is no internet
connection but i can click internet explorer and my home page and any website
i want to go on comes up it is only on programs
how could i fix this

Hi Paul,

Check your firewall settings. This could happen if they are being
blocked. You may have to manually allow the program as an exception. I
have iTunes listed in mine, but not Google Earth.

hi Terry i have gone on to firewall settings and they sceme to be excempt but
still cant get on

Test by trying to turn off the firewall. If this works, this means
that the firewall is not permitting these thru.
