Again, I thank all of you for input.
The problem turned out to be a need for a 'Firm-ware' update,, even though the modem was only
purchased a few months ago.
Moral of story,,, dont use 'virginbroadband' as an isp,, cos' Richard will be out Ballooning
across the country rather than looking after his customers.
