Getting dropped to desktop

While using any app i get randomly dropped to my desktop.

Have run antivirus (2 different makes), and spyware (2 again)

Define dropped to desktop. The application crashes? The application
minimizes? The application closes? Are there any error messages?

Winkey + D will do that. Perhaps you are hitting that instead of
Shift-D, Ctrl-D or Alt-D or there is a problem with your keyboard.
