What extra I will get besides better DFS raising my domain to Windows
2008 functional level. Is it worth all efforts?

I just need to have Distributed File System. I need to have files on 4
different servers. I want DFS to synchronize files from all this 4
servers to one, from which I will make backup.
Can I do this in Windows 2003 functional level?

Interesting new future in Windows 2008 DFS is Storage Reports
Management. Can I have it in Windows 2003 functional level?

What else can I gain moving to Windows 2008 functional level?
