When a user connects to the Windows 2008 Terminal Server using Outlook 2003
as a RemotApp, certain multimedia attachmengs like .jpg or .wav do not open.
What needs to be done to address this ?

What error do you see when you try to open them?

Do you see the same error if you connect to the server with a full remote
desktop, and run Outlook from there?

I tried logging in using normal RDP session and I get the error "Application
not found" with the .wma attachment and "Picture printing is not available
without the Desktop Experience Feature".

Sounds like you need to install the Desktop Experience Feature. That may
also include Windows Media Player, but if not you should install that too.

Installing Desktop Experience Feature on the Terminal 2008 Server fixed the
problem. Thanks Rob for your help.
