When I start windows I get the two following messages:
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\wgkejhbc.dll The specified module could
not be found
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\egiraqjj.dll The specified module could
not be found
Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

Yes. The message is a good sign.

What the message means is that your anti-virus is working, detected malware
and removed the files.

However, it didn't remove the reference to the launcher in the Registry, so
you get that message.

To remove the message, remove the reference.

Go to Start, Run and type msconfig, press Enter. On the Startup tab, look
for that reference, and you will see where in the registry it's located.
Open Regedit, go to that spot, and delete the reference. Close and you're
done.

Your Anti-virus removed the viral infection but still in the Root
system and on the Registry, please perform the cleaning steps to make sure
nothing lurking in the background to revive the infestation back to action!.

Go through these Cleaning steps:
1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet

Advanced
Under General Tab clear your History, Internet Files and Cookies.
Then click on Advanced tab and scroll down to under the Browsing Option:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) uncheck this box.
Then click on Programs Tab and click Manage Add-Ons and Disable all non
Verified Add-Ons (You should Renable them later one-by-one and see the
culprit and update it or remove it.

Locate this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run = look in
the right pane/window and remove the entry for it
"C:\Windows\System32\wgkejhbc.dll "
"C:\Windows\System32\egiraqjj.dll"

Run disk clean up then this command:
sfc /scannow
