add remove program

[name2000]

I try to remove a program by using the “add remove program” it give me error,
asking me tio install the software, I try to install by using the CD, then i
recieve requesting to uninstall it first.

the software is missing a "dll" i think if i have the "dll" would solve the
problem it is "graffiti5.dll"

i bought the software from pinnacle, worked for two weeks, then i run one of
the registry pro and had problem since then. pinnacle can not solve the
problem, i am going to contact Boris FX for help.

if I tried to use the “add remove program” to remove Boris it will give the
following error

An error (5009-ox8002802b) has occurred while running the set up.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other
applications. If the error still occur, please contact your vendor Boris
FX.inc

I tried to install the Boris effect I get the same error.

Re: add remove program

That is why novices should NOT use registry cleaners. Run registry pro,
restore the backup that you had it create before it "cleaned" your registry,
then uninstall it.
