65 (GB)built in administrators on hard drive - Windows XP Home edi

My hard drive ,80 (GB), has almost no space left vacant on it. It has 65
(GB) of built in administrators on it, which accounts for most of the
problem. What are Built in administrators, do I need them, and what can I do
to eliminate this problem?

You must examine the Administrators profile folder to see what's eating up
the space. Reboot in Safe Mode, log on as Administrator then run one of
these tools to see for yourself:
