Are youi going to be insdtalling it on to the original computer? If
not, this is not a legitimate use of the OEM license. Anyway, you
failed to mention what specific sort of CD (true generic installation CD
vs. a BIOS-locked installation CD vs. a "Recovery" CD) you have, so we
can't answer the question.
