Do you have any error on screen? Maybe you will need to generate a manual
memory dump.
I found these KB´s but not sure if they might help:

utility to unload user profiles when users log off may suddenly stop
responding

The computer automatically restarts, you receive an error message or a Stop
error message, or an event is logged in the system event log when you try to

Terminal Services session

The Terminal Server Licensing tool may unexpectedly quit after you install
Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 on a Terminal Server

on a server that is running Windows Server 2003 with SP1 or Windows Server
2003 with SP2: "Stop 0x000000AB (SESSION_HAS_VALID_POOL_ON_EXIT)"
