I'm not sure if this is a Terminal Server issue or an SBS issue but
I'll start here....
We have a Terminal Server (2003) connected on to a Domain controlled
by an SBServer 2003 R2.
The SBServer has, on its C drive, a folder which is cleared for
sharing by "Everyone" with Full Control.
Users on their PCs can access this folder, open files, run programs,
etc.
On the Terminal Server, we can also do all these things if we log in
as an Administrator, but if we log in as a Domain user, then we get an
error message "Your current security settings do not allow this
action"
I've checked all the sharing settings on the folder, but given they
can get there from their own PC, it would suggest it is a Terminal
Server setting that is the issue.
However, as the Domain and Users are controlled from the SBServer,
I've no idea where to look for the appropriate setting......
Any ideas much appreciated!
TIA

p.s. The above error message pops up when trying to open a .zip file
(it wont even let me look at the properties of that file). If I try
and open an .exe file I get "Windows cannot access the specified
device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to
access the item", but I can see its properties and security is set
with "everyone" having Full Control.
